Mink will compile a comprehensive HIA (Housing Industry Association) Contract including all contract drawings, interior specifications, engineering, energy reports and domestic builders insurance - everything you need for a smooth new home build journey.

Don't let the site preparation overwhelm you – we will guide you through every step. Once a building surveyor has been nominated, we will coordinate and take care of all the necessary documentation for your building permit.

Upon signing of Final Contracts, all documents can be sent through to your financial institution for final Unconditional Approval.
